Hanasaki - Plans

The Hanasaki product is marketed under two main modalities:

1. SaaS on Microsoft Marketplace

 

The end customer pays a monthly subscription per user. This version, with a more limited functional scope, allows for the purchase of independent modules that can be progressively integrated. The contractual terms are those established by Microsoft, supplemented by GDH's terms of use or addenda. GDH retains the intellectual property and is responsible for the continuous updating of the product in the Marketplace.

2. Sale by SKU (upfront payment)

 

Managed : GDH manages maintenance, support, and updates. The client can customize the solution through integrations, but cannot modify the source code. An annual royalty is paid that covers support and technological/functional development.

 

Unmanaged : The client receives the source code "as is" for free adaptation, without standard support or maintenance from GDH, for the cost stipulated by GDH. No annual royalty is paid. GDH retains the intellectual property and may continue to market the product to other clients.
